In late December, we discovered a water leak in the wall separating my kitchen and bathroom. The damage was extensive, mold spread into both rooms. All cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, tile and bath fixtures had to be ripped out and replaced. To make matters worse, the tile I had meticulously chosen just 8 years prior had been discontinued. My whole home was designed with a monochromatic color scheme using tile that perfectly matched between all areas. Now nothing could match! On top of dealing with renovation contractors and mold remediation, we learned my husband needed serious surgery. It was an incredibly challenging time. I felt overwhelmed just thinking about having to redesign and re-tile my kitchen and bath from scratch. I had no idea where to even start in picking new materials. Holly was so understanding of my situation. She went above and beyond, bringing samples to me at my work to make the process less stressful. I honestly didn’t think I had it in me to tile shop, so I asked her to choose what she thought looked best. Holly ensured my home repair turned out beautifully. I love the new look! I am grateful for her help navigating that nightmare project!

I would never do business with this place again I spent over 4000 dollars and the salesman Edward was a idiot and crook and didn’t know what he was doing and failed to tell us stuff about what we ordered and then called to say it was in so we drove up and he had 1 box not my whole order NEVER AGAIN I would expect this from a chain store but not a specialty store

How replacing one board took a year and nine months…. Do not pay for services up front. We had a new house build and during our final inspection we noticed that the board at the top of our stairs was battered, flaking and would give you splinters. We put in a complaint and they had someone out to fix the board pretty quick. They asked if we needed to order a new board or if we had a spare board left from the build. I said we had a board and they didn’t need too. When the contractor came out he said the board wouldn’t work and they would have to order one. This was 2020 and COVID had shut everything down, so when we didn’t hear anything for a while we assumed it was because of that. A year went past and we had our one year check with the builder. We noted the board and they contacted title superstore. They said that the job was marked as complete and that is why we didn’t hear anything. A contractor came out got measurements and said they would order a board. A couple of months went past, COVID still being a thing, we decided it was probably a shipping problem. When I contacted them they said that they had a new system and our job was marked as completed again, it wasn’t. They sent another contractor with the part, however it was the wrong size again. Finally, a year and nine months later we finally got a new board. The worse part was I was leaving messages and rarely got calls back. And the only reason we set up a day to place the board was because I kept calling all while my calls weren’t being answered.

Purchased Tile from this place and they made 4 attempts to deliver the tile. Each delivery was a disaster all tiles were broken. They charged hundreds of dollars to deliver the tiles then they put in claims to receive their refunds from trucking company. I demanded my money to be refunded and they do not respond. Unethical! I never signed from trucking company delivery and they profited not only from me but I suspect from trucking companies.

We have used Tile Superstore for several projects over the years, most recently for the flooring in our new house build. They have a very large selection of products both in stock and special order, and Wanda is very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting products. We had a couple of issues with quantity of product ordered (under and over), TSS was willing to work with us to get it resolved. We are very pleased with our floor, it looks fabulous and we are quite pleased with the final outcome.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was charged for samples and was never reimbursed even after returning them and special ordering tile. To make matters worse, when I ordered my tile in September I was charged 2 more times for the samples. I attempted to rectify this 3 times over the course of 3 months with no success. The front desk staff is essentially useless. On December 28th, I asked for the 3rd time for sample reimbursement and was told the product I ordered in early September was incorrectly calculated and was missing shipping costs so they would just call the sample charges a “wash”. I’m not sure in what world I should be expected to pay for the mistake of a salesperson 3 months later. Also, their pick up area needs help as I had to pick up product 3 different times because they couldn’t manage getting in stock and special order product loaded into my suburban at the same time. This place is terrible on all levels from a customer service standpoint. I am now hoping our installation goes smoothly and I am thankful we are NOT using their services. I will never consider this place for any new construction or home remodel needs again.

We bought the floor tile for our room remodel at the Tile Superstore, which was a positive experience. So we returned for countertop when remodeling the kitchen, and I am glad we did. Haley, in sales, was kind, knowledgeable and patient in answering my many questions and also getting a nonstandard sink for our project. Ken did a great job measuring for the counter in our not-quite-square galley kitchen. Our two installers did a terrific job and we are very pleased with the result. I recommend Tile Superstore unreservedly.

Worked with these folks on Master Bath remodel. They have a great selection to pick from and were great to work with. They supplied our granite counter top, Vanity and storage cabinet, and flooring. I especially appreciate their patience as the project went from selecting materials starting in February, with final installations in August. A special thank you to Candice and Lori who I worked with directly, they were very helpful and truly a pleasure to work with!

We had the “Beach House” tile installed on our basement floor. The workers were excellent. They showed up in the mornings when they said they would, explained what they were going to do, made changes based on our requests, kept the work area clean, and did a great job. Very well done!
