We selected our tile for our shower from Genesee Ceramic Tile when we did our bathroom remodel. We originally had an ugly blue fiberglass insert from 1988! Kim was wonderful to work with. Our tile is Atlas Concorde in Ridge Ivory. We are waiting on a glass shower door to be installed but thought I would take a pic before the door went in. We are very happy with our new tiled shower!

Staff at the service counter are great to work with. The sales ladies on the display floor are excellent at helping my customers design a tile scheme. There tile is always high quality sized and numbers matching of a run on the tile. Always a pleasure working with Genesee ceramic tile distributors. They go above and beyond to take care of you.

This was my first time doing any type of tile work Sarah and everyone else were so helpful. The prices as compared to boxes was really not much more and the quality of the tile a lot better. I got everything I needed for my entire job so I will post photos when I’m finished. I was also given, yes given, several samples to take home prior to my purchase, and it was a good thing as my wife changed her mind on what she wanted. This in itself is something in today’s age.

We’ve used Genesee Tile as a main source for our customers tile for kitchen and bathroom renovations for quite a few years but we will never send a customer to this store again. Recently one of their Salesman Scott Jones recorded a tile choice incorrectly resulting in the incorrect tile being installed in a custom shower. We had to tear out the entire shower, purchase the correct tile and then prep, and install the correct tile costing us over $3500. When I reached out to Lisa Haas the VP of the company to attempt to come up with a viable solution on such a costly mistake I was talked to like a child with sarcastic, condescending, blame shift. After spending tens of thousands of dollars with this store over the last few years I will never send another customer through their doors. Go to Beaver tile or the Tile shop where they appreciate your business and treat you with respect.
