Always have good prices on tile, especially during their parking lot sales, or if you find their clearance section in store. If you are buying Kerdi do it here as it’s cheaper than Lowes. I also like that they now carry FloFx which is a newer company I’ve had great luck with. I’ve had good luck buying tile here for many years and the employees are always nice.

We special ordered some tile from these guys. It took about 4 weeks to come in and once it did, they called and said it was in. Once we went in to pick it up, we were informed they had sold about a third of my order. They never called us and just waited for us to show up. They acted like it was no big deal and didn’t even apologize. Ridiculous. We took our business elsewhere.

I am a small contractor and home owner that has been going to marshalls off and on since the early 2000’s. In the past thier service and knowledge has been outstanding. This last trip not so much. I picked up some tile, spacers, thinset, and grout. The girl we talked to didn’t seem very knowledgeable but whatever it wasn’t a big deal. As we were leaving I noticed our spacers weren’t wrapped up with everything else. The next day I realized we were shorted a box of tile. Half way through the project I realized I was sold an incorrect thinset for my application. Ultimately I understand this is my responsibility to check it but she knew what tile I was using and still sold the wrong product. Several large tiles have failed to set and hours of additional will now be required. I have always went to Marshalls for the customer service and knowledge of their products but I don’t know if I will be back. You might as well save a buck and shop at a big box store if this is the new normal.

I have heard nothing but good things about this place, but their hours are disappointing to say the least. They are only open for 4 hours over the entire weekend, when most people who work have time to shop. I didn’t think I needed to check store hours if I was going to get there mid-day on a Saturday, but I was mistaken.
