I used Emser for a stacked stone fireplace project and they single-handedly turned a 2 day job into a month long job. It took them 7 tries to ship the stone without breaking it. One of the shipments was full of a completely different product. Additionally, the product they successfully shipped had cracks in literally every single section of stone. But, they were glued from the back which means they came from the manufacturer like that. After the installation, the customer expressed dissatisfaction with these cracks and explained that in the showroom demonstration of this product there were no cracks. Great and helpful people work here, but I can’t ever use them again and expect to stay in business.

Nolan was such great help! We needed a replacement piece of tile for a home and thought it was discontinued. Not only did Nolan help me track it down, but he went above and beyond getting it for us quickly and easily. Something I thought would take forever to find was less than a 10 minute phone call. I highly recommend doing business with Emser Tile!

I’ve been utilizing the services at Emser Tile & Natural Stone for many years. It has always been a pleasure to do business there, but never more than now as they have really revamped some systems and operate more streamlined and efficiently than ever. Nolan has been with the company for some time and he is excellent at fast and accurate service and I have really enjoyed working with him on all my projects. Josh has also been a big help in procuring the tile I need and providing enjoyable customer service that makes me want to come back.
