Owner could not have been more of an a$$. If you’re looking for tile, not the place to go. Zero personality and zero professionalism. 0/10 and would score lower if I could. Don’t waste your time. You can drop the holier than thou attitude. We never signed a contract with anyone and we’re not going behind anyone’s back. The Estimate that we were given for all of the jobs did not cover what the insurance company gave us so we never did business with said contractor. I’m not removing my review. It is what it is. You came into my home, acted the way you acted, disrespected me and my wife and now you expect me to remove a bad review on your page. Not today…You can stop harassing my wife, if you want to pick on someone you can come pick on me.

We had an excellent experience with Tropical Tile, from sale to installation. Great customer service. Job done when promised. We had a lanai and front entryway tiled. Eddy (installer) was extremely meticulous … perfect workmanship. Not one complaint. Before/after photos attached.

We had such a great experience with Corey, Andy, and their quality installers! Corey found us the best tile for my requested color, durability, and size. Andy helped me choose the best coloring for grout, complementary shower tiles, and was very generous with his time and attention! The installers did such a phenomenal job, making sure my “random lay” request was met and superseded my expectations by far!
