I’m really happy with my experience at this place. I needed to buy tile on short notice and bring it up to Tallahassee. I had gone to three other tile stores that day already before I tried to this place. These guys were super helpful and the tile came in even BEFORE they said it would. Their recommendations were all top notch and up-to-date, and they helped me plan my vision rather than try to steer me a different direction. Also their price was HALF the cost that the same exact tile was in Tallahassee. Photos are not their installation, just the tile they helped me plan and order.

By far one of my favorite places to shop for tile. They have just about any tile you could imagine, from high end material you see in architectural magazines, to clearance tile in the back of the showroom, at just about any price point. The thing I love most about Tons of Tile is the customer service. Billy walked my wife through the store, pointing out several options of the tile she was looking for, and held the pieces for several days until I could see what she picked out. The other gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) helped us through the order process smoothly, even recommending grout color to match each tile grouping. When there was an issue with backordered tile, Billy called us immediately and showed us other options. The turnaround time from shopping to delivery was very quick (about 10 days), which was faster than we expected. Shopping at a locally-owned tile store is a much better experience than a big box store. The employees are so knowledgable and eager to help you get exactly what you want, and exactly what you need. Highly recommend Tons of Tile for your next project!

Large selection, but don’t wait till the last minute. They mostly only have samples and it takes a few days to get an order delivered. You can borrow a sample to take home though. Friendly, helpful people. I spoke with Billy.

After reading the reviews, I was surprised to have a bad experience. I came in to the store and was pointed in to the right direction for floor tile. I also asked someone if they did the installation and after he responded no, he was gone. I am installing 1000 sq ft of tile, so was hoping to get some advice and recommendations. The prices looked good, but I might as well go to Home Depot if I have to figure it all out by myself.
