The guys hooked us up with some great product and were very kind. Definitely worth a stop if you’re looking for tile products! A lot of shops have the same stuff as every other store; they had some unique materials we hadn’t seen elsewhere.

We purchased the 30×30 boreal white porcelain tiles from Casa Linda in Doral, Florida. Manufactured by Euroker. We spent over 15k on our floor remodel and we are very upset with the quality of the tiles. The tiles have an issue with the sealant of the tile. Every time any type of liquid or even dirt falls on the tile, the tiles absorb it and it stains. You can see boot marks in the tiles and there is no way to remove the stains. This happens on every single tile throughout my home. It’s been about 1.5 years since we placed the tiles and it keeps getting worse. After we complained we only got a $500 refund to keep us quiet and the owner gave us a cleaning solution that doesn’t even work. I am not sure if they still sell this tile after we complained, but the fact that they sold a defective tile just to make a sale is absolutely deceitful and unacceptable. I have included pictures of the tiles after they have been throughly cleaned to show how dirty and stained they still are. It looks like if I haven’t cleaned the floors for the past year and a half. The original floors are very light maybe a white/cream color. They look really dark now since they are all full of stains. See the picture of the original color. This is truly upsetting. I do not recommend Casa Linda Tiles. Update: It’s been another year and the tiles are even worse. Every time I try cleaning my tiles it ruins my day. I am still so upset at the owner and manager of Casa Linda. Why don’t you respond to my review? It seems to me that since you sold us a defective tile you do not want to respond. Why don’t you step up and fix the problem. At least replace the tiles of my entire house. That’s what a good company would do.
