The sales person was very professional and helpful, the prices were reasonable, and the product is great. However, the delivery experience and the lack of customer service was horrible. The 4 pallets were placed in the parking spot in our condominium which are not allowed. When we asked the delivery company which Villar Title hired they stated this is normal delivery. I incorrectly assumed Villar Tiles dealt directly with homeowners and thought a clear explanation of “delivery” terms would have been discussed prior to completing the sale. When I called Villar Tile to discuss the issue I received the same “this is normal delivery” response. If I were in the construction business this I might expect “normal delivery” in the driveway. Maybe spend a little extra effort with customer service / satisfaction (get to know your customer) and a little less in dishonest sales tactics. Learn from my mistake – ask, ask, ask and then get it in writing. Once you sign and pay it’s your problem – not theirs.

Alexis and Alain from Villar Tile are a delight to work with. Anything you need, just call and they will do everything to help. They make you feel heard and advise on any style you are aiming for. When I came in, I was looking for a tile to match a mosaic tile I already had. Alexis was able to guide me in color, material, and pattern that would fit perfectly in my little bathroom. They truly made the tiles shopping experience easy and painless!

We couldn’t wait to come to Google to leave a 5 star review for Villar Tile, specifically for Alexis Vento! From the moment we came in, we were not haggled, or pushed or over sold as you’ll experience with many tile and flooring places. Not to mention the great prices! Alexis and his son really took care of my family for our bathroom renovations and it’s nice to know there are honest people out there like them! We will be coming back for our next project! Thanks again!

Great experience with Villar Tile! They really have unbeatable prices, customer service, and craftsmanship. We bought our tile from them and also hired them to do the work and they were communicative, efficient, and really delivered on the work. It’s been the smoothest and easiest experience we’ve had with any contractor. Highly recommend them!
