Went looking for bathroom tile and assisted by Tai, one of the Design Consultants. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful, had great suggestions ! We can’t wait to see them installed! Thank you so much, Tai! We know exactly where to go for any future projects!

Adam was FANTASTIC!!!! My sister and I came in and looking at tile for each of our bathroom renovation projects. He gave us several suggestions and was very professional! We walked away with fabulous ideas. We give him 10 stars, but there’s only five allowed.

Universal Tile is the place to be without a doubt! If your not at Universal Tile your in the wrong place. Leave and go to Universal Tile. We had an phenomenal experience with Adam. I walked in without any idea or direction. Adam was patient knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He even came out to our place the day of the delivery to inspect the pieces we received. Even in the middle of the tile job I wanted to add tile to the floor which was not in the original plan and Adam made it all come together. They are true professional. He even spoke with my contractor to make sure everything was going smoothly and properly. They have products and ideas for every budget. I love how friendly everyone is there too. It’s so nice in todays day to have an entire team of people that are genuinely kind and know the true meaning of customer service right down to the gentlemen that loaded the tile into my truck . He took extra care how everything was loaded. Even the grout ! It was raining that day, he purposely opened the shrink wrap took the grout and edging off the pallet and hand loaded it into the my truck! They have our business for life. We cannot thank you enough. Hope Miano
