I personally dont agree with their “All Sales are final, No Exceptions” policy. We just got done with a project for our house that costs me almost $4K in tile, I would have gladly shopped local and supported but with this policy in place there was no chance. Instead I went to floor and decor over the hill and purchased my tile, I ended up with extra which I knew I would so I returned it and got my money back, which is how it should be for something like this. I wouldnt recommend this place

Great folks to work with. Got good advice from Lyndsey. She encouraged taking samples which I did and guided me as to how much tile I needed for a small bathroom. She also accommodated my need for another few pieces which were in stock and I was able to finish my job with the purchase of a few more pieces of tile (decided later to do backsplash) – so I didn’t need to buy another whole pack. Great shop, will return.

Great selection and incredible service! The real measure of customer service is when something goes wrong, and in my case it was a supplier delay. The team handled it well, giving me honest information and even getting back to me after hours. They helped with grout selection, which was much appreciated, and they keep the grout colors in stock. I highly recommend this company.

We did a kitchen remodel in Scotts Valley and stopped by here to look at countertops. These guys are great; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. All went smoothly for the quartz and backsplash tiles and they recommended an installer (GLF ENTERPRISES) whose team was quick and awesome.

The best in Santa Cruz – hands down! I must admit that i found this place because I was really tired of Mission Tiles attitude and I then kicked myself for not doing my homework before. Chris and his Team are simply hands down amazing! In. Every. Single. Way – Great selection/value and prices. Surprisingly so actually! The place looks small from the outside but it has so many great options in every price range. – Truly knowledgeable. They clearly understand the task you are facing and provide insights and information that actually help you. – Genuinely kind. From being super patient with our toddler (who loves their piano too much) to being equally super patient with us. And they are effortlessly kind … in other words, they seem to care for real – On time delivery. Our tiles and slabs arrived actually ahead of time and they were super kind allowing us to see them and choosing which slab will be on the kitchen island counter and what will be used as backsplash. Again, they care. Bottom line: they are BY FAR the best in Santa Cruz!

Great service and selection. Very helpful. I find today it’s more common to get ok service than good service and I’m pleasantly surprised when things go well. Tile outlet is one of those places where you will be pleasantly surprised from my experience, great group of people.
