Ordered a granite countertops and paid them in cash to get discount. Didn’t pick up the unit. Found another one at half the price. Now we are asked to pay 10% restocking fee. What for? All you did was to put stickers on the slab. The slabs are in the same spot on your floor and probably will be there until someone picks it up. Why the 10% fee then? Doesn’t make sense.

We bought a kitchen hood from this place and it’s broken so we requested for exchange. The customer service was so horrible and the workers there were so mean to us. Don’t buy anything from the company, I would give it no stars if it’s an option.

Unimarble has great stock at display in the warehouse with ample choices. The showroom has some good options but don’t miss the warehouse behind it. Not only is the stock at reasonable prices but also at good quality. Staff is very friendly. Look for Manjeet. He is very helpful in navigating through the store and giving estimates. Don’t expect any design services. So if you have a design in mind, come over , choose and purchase. Parking is good. I wish these folks had also opened on Sundays too.

Great prices. You get to pick out your exact slabs. The folks at the front desk were helpful as were the folks in the back that moved various slabs to let us choose our pieces.

My glass shower door exploded after 4 months. And I was told the glass door doesn’t have warranty. And I have to purchase a new set.( They don’t sell single door )

Limited inventory, long wait time to load product after wait to purchase. One and a half hour ordeal to order and pickup no shopping or decision time involved.
