I live in Seal Beach, we are building our home there and am the architect. I always try to support local stores (know more than ever). I found Diane and she has been wonderful. She has a store with so many different options. I love that it doesn’t feel outdated. She helped me find this beautiful tile to help complete my bathrooms. What I really like about her is her flexibility. She thinks outside the box. I appreciate her creativity and knowledge of construction and design.

I recently purchased a home in the Belmont Heights area and was looking to remodel my fireplace. Diane at Modern Earth Tile was great at helping my wife and I determine our preferred style and provided several recommendations for potential contractors. Lastly, when I had to put a pause on my project, she worked with her vendors on my behalf. I look forward to working with her in the future on my remodel projects.

Diane is amazing!! I wish she was the first step I made during my remodel. She listens to what you want and helps guide you to all the right decisions to bring your vision into a reality. Our kitchen speaks volumes of who we are and we have never felt more at home. She is incredibly knowledgeable, very easy to communicate with, knows material and product pluses and minuses, a great listener and guide and will have your back till the end. She was a blessing along our remodel journey.

The showroom is welcoming, has choice selections of modern to traditional products, they offer more products than displayed and they are a company you can trust. Once you start working with Diane Koehnke, you will want more of her input! I highly recommend Diane Koehnke and Modern Earth Tile for any project. Diane was instrumental in my West Palm Beach, Florida project and she finished as strong as she started. Diane is not only professional, enthusiastic, personable and fun to work with, she considers the entire project including best design, space options, materials, budget and consideration that the design decisions will stand the test of time. Diane stands out because she offers great products, design concepts and layouts while she anticipates and guides the client to consider custom details that may not be considered or discussed by others. Diane helped me with my whole house remodel….have been moved in for a few months now and each day LOVE everything she helped me with! Anything I found she could source and it all looks fantastic. plus it is all functional—countertops especially that she suggested–I LOVE!
