This place is the worst. They installed my new kitchen tile floor (before the rest of the kitchen was done) and the tile started to move and crack 2/3 months later. The installer was out sick and we had to wait for him to come back to “fix it”. They came back to fix it and again, 2 months later even worse damage. I called the store (Francisco) and Jose, the owner, and they told me that the installer said that I directed him to install a thinner backer board…what?!? I asked for my money back since the entire job needs to be redone and they never called back. Run away from this place. It’s not worth it. I had three other tile installers come in to look at the floor and they all said that the subfloor was not secured and they used too thin a backer board. The entire project has to get redone properly. Oh yeah and Jose has the audacity to say that their warranty is only one month (lol). These people are crooks – I wouldn’t go to them as a last resort (you would probably do a better job doing it yourself). I am also in the process of reporting them to the BBB. Very helpful, they finance if you need it. Great variety and they try to order anything they don’t have. I came down from Vegas and they were great and helpful.

My Family has been coming here for decades. The pricing is hard to beat. But it is the service and one on one attention that makes it the only stop when shopping for tile and flooring. Francisco is the gentleman who is a true profesional and hands down the very best in customer service. He guided us thru our remodeling process and the final result was outstanding!

If you like being ignored by not one but 3 workers, This is the place! We waited for almost 20 minutes and said hello to 3 employees who ignored us completely . The store was not busy and were the only customers in the store. The women who was on the floor left to the back the second we said “good afternoon”. It was unbelievably rude and they watched us wait for help from the back for almost 20 minutes. We love supporting small buisness’s but definitely not returning.
