We reached out to roughly 10 contractors about refinishing our basement, received bids from 5 of them and ended up going with Yahara River Remodeling and Brandon. His bid was very fair and the change orders throughout the project were communicated well and laid out clearly. Brandon also gave us many opportunities to save some money, like sourcing the floors ourselves and buying the doors direct. Brandon always picked up the phone if something came up and was very respectful of our family’s space. I would recommend anyone reach out to Yahara River Remodeling, we had a great experience. Anything and everything Yahara Remodeling has done for us has been done with great care and attention to detail!!! The master bathroom remodel of 2022 is the latest and greatest- we enjoy it everyday and hate to leave it. We would highly recommend this company.

I have used Yahara for some small projects in the past, and in the summer of 2022, I decided to have Brandon replace my small outdoor deck with an absolutely AWESOME 16ft patio deck, lined with benches. I was happy with my decision. Pricing was fair, quality of craftsmanship was superb and they were easy to work with throughout the project.. I highly recommend them for any home remodeling needs.

I’ve used Yahara River Remodeling for both commercial and home projects. The value they brought to a significantly sized and complex commercial project was outstanding. The bid was competitive and they also suggested cost savings measures throughout the project. While on site they were willing to do emergency, ad hoc projects and gave me a sense of comfort and security that we would complete the project on time. My home projects have ranged from attic renovation (large closet and office space!), interior and exterior painting, insulation, wood floors and trim, and basement remodel. High value, high quality, professional, and seamless delivery. Highly recommend for small and large commercial and home projects.
