We are so grateful to Riley, Brandon and the entire team at Cogwheel, who in the last six months have helped us with two emergency projects in our home. From the first communication to completion- they have been coordinated, timely, transparent and professional. The quality of the work is excellent and the prices are fair. Having done multiple complex renovation and repair jobs on homes over the years with other contractors, we can honestly say that Cogwheel has provided the best partnership that we have experienced, and we are looking forward to working with them again in the future.

I live in a condo in The Winslow. The tile on my kitchen island unexpectedly needed immediate repair. Cogwell responded quickly with a solution. The complicated task was handled promptly and professionally. The work was carried out with a minimum of disruption even though it took two trades to complete it. I strongly recommend Cogwheel.

Cogwheel Construction was an excellent choice for contractor for my condo remodel at Winslow Green. Brandon and his crew are professional, skillful and responsive. I contracted and made decisions for my project and then was out of town for the winter. I trusted Cogwheel to communicate with me and to bring in my project in on time. Brandon had done other units in Winslow Green and was familiar with the challenges and the HOA processes. My project manager, Kelly, also communicated regularly with me and went the extra mile to secure two tile choices that I made that were elusive. I was so pleased with the effort. We met with several local companies and right away it became clear that Cogwheel was very knowledgable, organized and interested in helping us get good value for our limited budget. The true test of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong on a job. When the drawings were wrong or water damage is encountered it is easy to have things escalate and get out of hand. Cogwheel did a great job on our bathroom remodel. They have solid network with with all the specialties, such as electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, plumbing, tile work. Very professional and easy to work with. Project came in on time within the budget.

My design person referred me to Brandon after things went awry with a different contractor. It was a blessing. My remodeled laundry room and small guest bathroom are simply beautiful. Brandon is straight forward, easy to talk with and stayed engaged with both the big and small details that surface in all projects. He brought new insight with tips on cost savings and what we needed to do to achieve the best outcome. He wants a win-win with his clients and stands behind quality work expectations with all his subs. I worked with Sam on a daily basis, who is detail oriented, stayed calm when I lobbed in unexpected requests and consistently kept our line of communication open. Steve was also brought in on some of the trickier things that came up. They all want the same thing…a satisfied customer that loves their new home and can happily shakes hands at the completion.
