Thank god for DPS! I was really stressed when our refrigerator water line leaked, damaged the floors in the kitchen, and the ceiling in the basement was also messed up. Our insurance company referred us to DPS. They repaired and/or replaced the kitchen cabinets, kitchen floor, and basement ceiling — a pretty big job! The DPS team was fantastic during the entire process. From the initial estimate to job completion, they were prompt, communication was great, and they did a great job putting my kitchen back together! Hopefully we won’t have any more house repair issues, but if we do, I will be happy to work with DPS again.

DPS renovated our kitchen after we had some water damage and our insurance company linked us to them. On the positive side, everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. They did good work and we like the outcome of the kitchen. Robert (our PM) did a very good job communicated during the rebuild process. On the not so positive side, DPS was slow to get us quotes for different aspects of the renovation (ie Cabinets, floors) and they were expensive for additional work we asked them to quote. We ended up contracting separately for those items and saved ~50%. Also, we had a couple hiccups with them during the construction phase that delayed the work for a few weeks which when you don’t have a kitchen is frustrating. We ultimately got them resolved.

I was blown away at the timeliness and quality of work. Project manager Sherry literally pulled off a miracle in getting her amazing workers out to fix my exterior and interior repairs in an extremely limited time window as I had a new family moving into my home. PLUS I was able to install flooring outside the scope of my insurance claim in the same timeframe at a reasonable cost. I cannot say enough good words about DPS, Sherry and her team!

Sean, Sherry, Carroll and Mario were all great to work with. They responded quickly and did an excellent job repairing our damaged drywall. They (Carroll and Mario) also repainted a room that required a special technique and they did such a nice job that you cannot tell anything was ever damaged.

Right before the holidays, our neighbor’s hot water heater pipe burst and completely flooded our basement from wall to wall. We were completely devastated. As soon as DPS got the call, they reached out to us and we immediately scheduled a meeting to get started on the repairs. Sherry was absolutely amazing in managing our project – she was responsive, understanding, and was always available (even while out of the country for the holidays). The team who did the floors were fast and efficient and we couldn’t be happier. Not to mention the teams who came in and did the painting, dry wall, and rebuild of our bar. We were able to get these repairs done right before New Year’s weekend. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!

We had a fantastic experience with DPS. From the beginning they were timely and very thorough with their quote (Mike was awesome!) and plans to finish the unfinished space in our basement. Throughout the entire process Sherry kept us informed and everything was finished on target and professionally. We love the new space we have gained and will certainly use DPS again!
