Pedro and his team at K&P general construction have been awesome to work with. We had a water leak at our home that required repairs to flooring, drywall repairs, and plumbing. Our insurance company recommended us K&P construction company, as the preferred choice. It was extremely easy to work with Pedro, and get the work completed on time and in budget. Highly recommend!

We recently used K&P Construction to install new floors throughout our house. This was a big project and involved the demolition of walls and refinishing our staircase. Pedro and his team did a great job! They were communicative throughout and completed everything on time. Super happy with them and will use again in the future.

Had a wall removed, crown molding installed and painting done. Very happy with results. Workers were friendly, cleaned up at the end of each day. Any questions or issues (1 minor) addressed. I will definitely use them again for other projects.

K&P took care of my insurance claim by replacing an entire floor + ceiling repairs from water damage. K&P worked with the insurance company to get the proper amount of money to complete the work (insurance gave me an extra 2k after Pedro’s estimate pointed out some omissions from insurance’s estimate). K&P is very experienced working with insurance claims and would highly recommend K&P for dealing with them. Insurance company seemed to trust K&P’s estimate as well (K&P is a preferred partner). As far as the work goes, my floor was put in very well and looks great (better than the prior one – e.g. spaces around the air conditioning vents fit perfectly)! K&P and all employees were very friendly and professional.

First of all Pedro (owner) is reliable, honest and available to answer questions before and during the work. You don’t need to worry about hiring them and never seeing or hearing from the owner again, like some other companies. The guys that did the work were knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to have in my house each day. I was comfortable having them there alone if I needed to run an errand. They were courteous and made sure we agreed on all steps of the job along the way. They took great pride in their work and making sure all was done to my liking. They also were very careful of protecting my home from stains or damage during the construction. Drop cloths throughout my house each day etc They will be my number 1 choice on any further projects! Great great job! The bathroom is next level! Wow!!!

Pedro is very professional and reachable. I had a big insurance claim for rebuild of my kitchen resulting from a fire. Pedro’s team did all the work with great quality and working with the insurance was also a breeze.
