A big reflection on a company or an individual is the ability to take ownership of an error and make a problem right. There’s ton of oversight in the everyday hustle and bustle of life and I understand that. They completed the job as promised and it exceeded my expectations. Completely happy and pleased with the service. My lawn looks beautiful!

Monkey Tree and stump 3 months agoCame to remove 6 trees. One was above my house and very scary. Tyler took it down flawlessly and not a single issue or problem arose. He hauled everything away like I asked. Will be using him again

Mid Cities Lawn and Tree Experts a week agoTyler Gibbs of Mid Cities Lawn and Tree Experts took $2,000.00 from my 73 year old neighbor back in May to sod her small yard. Like other reviews you can find on his business, he used every excuse in the book not to get the sodding done. He took her money and NEVER came back to sod. My 76 year old husband, myself and my neighbor sodded her yard in triple digit heat!!!🥵🥵🥵 Tyler told my neighbor if the sodding was not done by August 2, he would “ GLADLY” refund all her money. HE HAS NOT REFUNDED HER $2,000.00. At one point he even tried to get her to pay MORE MONEY!!!! Thank goodness she did not give him anymore! SHAME ON YOU TYLER GIBBS!!!!! TAKING MONEY FROM AN ELDERLY WIDOW AND THEN NOT DOING THE JOB you took money to do!!!!! My neighbor paid in CASH so Square has NOTHING to do with it. The SQUARE EXCUSE does not hold water in this case. REFUND THE $2,000.00 CASH SHE PAID YOU, TYLER!!!! The BBB and the Federal Trade Commission have been advised and a police report has been filed. Now, on to small claims court. Please go on NextDoor and search Tyler Gibbs. Yes, Tyler I am writing for someone who you took $2,000.00 in cash from!!!!! The Keller police dropped the case because the ONLY thing Tyler did was dump a mound of dirt at my friend’s house and since he did dump the dirt but did not lay any sod, they said it was a civil case. So after giving Tyler $2000.00 in cash to sod her yard. My friend had to buy all the sod and lay it herself. After I put this on Next Door multiple people messages me telling me Tyler did the very same thing to them. Keller police by not acting on this is allowing the tax payers to be defrauded by Tyler. Shame on them too! Give her money back!!!!! July 10, 2024 and still no refund. His rating with the BBB is 1.5 stars. That is about as low as you can get!!!! Use this business with EXTREME CAUTION. How do you live with yourself taking money from the elderly??!!!!

HOA Construction Group Llc. 5 years agoI’m so thankful for having met Jess! Her and her brother own HOA Construction Group, a trusting family owned business. She was so helpful in guiding me through the process of getting my parents old roof repaired. She was very attentive, patient, and made me feel like family. Most importantly, she has great communication skills and explained all the details every step of the way. Would definitely recommend them and hire them for my own home when the time comes.
