DO NOT USE this company. They do not have their own techs they sub everything out. I called and was told to replace my springs it would be $129 per spring and $150 to install them. I was thinking it would be around $500 with tax and everything. When the tech showed up he was from “Full House Garage Door” which I didn’t know until I saw the invoice. The tech called me in the garage to show me the springs that he said these would last three times longer as the standard springs. I asked how much and he sad $629. I thinking ok another $130 for better springs was a good deal. When he was done the invoice was for $992. I said know way and he said the springs alone were $629 (which he never told me) and the labor for installing the two springs was $225. Total rib off!! The contractor was working on commission and was not truthful when telling me the cost of the job. I called that night and asked for the owner and was told he would call me back. It’s been two weeks now and no call back. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Joel was very detailed and answered all my questions and I had plenty, as soon as the garage door went up he quickly pointed out the problems, explained why the areas were not working properly and what was needed to be done to fix it. I was very satisfied with his work.

We had an awful experience with this company. Called out for Repair services. We paid a deposit which wasn’t small by the way. They stopped responding completely and we were never able to get the work completed or the money back.

We had a really poor experience with this company. We agreed on several terms which were never followed through with. They basically took money from us. I do not believe they are even based here in the US. Do not recommend.

Beware of the unethical business practices of this company! We had a family emergency Sunday (6/2/2024)- in the realm of events- my husband accidentally backed into the garage doors last panel (it was almost open just rolling up on its last panel) see the picture just a dent on the last panel. We called in this company for service and were advised it would be free estimate! Had 2 technicians call us- each unaware of the other (which makes me think they are contracting with independent contractors) I decided to go with the first one “D” who called us. The service technician “D” came in an hour- completely clueless and unknowledgeable on how to fix the door! – Mind you it was just the last panel the entire door was not damaged. In 10 minutes he said the entire garage door is damaged and I have to replace it! He started upselling me, calling his “supervisor” and when I refused as he was quoting me extremely outrageous pricing on a new door he got agitated! He started creating an invoice with the new door price even when I was not agreeing. He then went on to say that if “I paid CASH and went through him directly and skipped ordering through this company” he would give me a “great price” This is tax evasion and highly unethical behavior! I was clearly told free estimate but was charged for a service call and this technician charged me $320 for labor while all he did was nothing! Not one new part -not one nail installed and he charged me $320 for labor! I had the door fixed today by another company! This company and their team is conducting very unethical business- DO NOT use them and save your money! They upsell to change the door when I clearly fixed mine today for a mere $165 and this company’s service guy kept telling me my full door has to be replaced! Their technician kept telling me to pay CASH to avoid all fees- clearly evading taxes! Charged me outrageous labor, he did not even fix a nail- nothing -no free estimate as the company clearly stated on the call! Their practices will be reported to consumer complaints!
