BUYER BEWARE!!!! I’m having a hard time giving them a one star. There should be a “NO STAR” option. Cannot even begin to explain the frustrations in dealing with the incompetence, complacency and lack of professionalism this business exhibits. We have had to chase the owner just to get our sample pieces back for our project that was completely abandoned half way through. It’s beyond frustrating to work hard for your money and then put it towards something only to find out that’s the person you have chosen to do business with does not share the same work ethic’s, virtues nor values as you do. The owner has no problem taking down payments and making promises but when the tire meets the road, be prepared for a laundry list of excuses..

We had an excellent experience with this company, from the very start of the project, to the end. They performed exactly as promised. Pricing was about average but the quality of the work was excellent. Adding to the experience is that this is a family owned and run business. They were in our home for 4 days on a fairly big project. Every person from Cowboy Flooring was a family member, who was very conscientious and focused on doing excellent quality work. We highly recommend this company!
