Steve stayed in contact with us throughout our project, regularly checking in to make sure all was going well. Our initial contractor did not work out well and Steve helped us problem solve and quickly got us another contractor who was amazing. Our powder room is now complete and we are very happy with the result! Highly recommend!

I reached out to Steve and his team regarding some office renovations and couldn’t have been happier. From the introduction to meeting Steve, to working with Ed, the entire project was effortless. The communication was top notch, the work was perfect and the price was fair and reasonable. There was always a follow up and I was kept in the loop with every detail. Finding a good and reliable contractor is almost impossible. From the beginning Garden city renovations made us feel like family. Steve was so kind, professional and attentive to my needs. Excellent customer service and a very fast response when I call or texted. They finished the work 10 days before the given time quote without compromising the quality of the work.
