Tomas and his team were superb. Tomas removed and built a new internal wall in our row home. The quote process was very quick and clear. Communication was excellent throughout. The work was very high quality and completed on time (they actually finished a day early due to a public holiday). Highly recommend.

I had the same (very positive) experience as everyone else it seems! I called Tomas after some water damage appeared in our master bedroom while we were away. He came the same day, about 2 hours later, inspected the roof and took pictures to show us the issues. He quickly provided a fair quote and came out to do the work a few days later. He showed us pictures of the work he did on the roof and it looked good (to my untrained eye, at least!) — the interior work was flawless. You can’t tell there was ever an issue. We would also highly recommend!

Rain water was leaking inside my condo building over the holidays, but I wasn’t sure how the water was getting in — I called Tomas and he came over same day, was able to diagnose the root cause, and put a temporary sealant in place. Tomas proactively followed-up a week later and his crew permanently fixed the issue. I would highly recommend Tomas Construction – They are very responsive and do great work!

Tomas is excellent. He responded quickly to my inquiry about roof repairs and came to do an inspection and estimate very promptly. He did a very thorough inspection and clearly explained the issues and the steps he would take to fix them. He and his team then did an excellent job completing the repairs and I am very satisfied with their work, which was of high quality and very thorough. I highly recommend Tomas Construction.

We could not be more pleased with the work from Tomas Construction. Tomas the owner himself is very professional, came out to discuss the job, timeframe, and exactly what we wanted done. The work was scheduled at a time that was convenient to us. We scheduled so that work would be done while we were out of town. The work they did was top notch, and the job was completed on time. We honestly couldn’t ask for more!.

I needed 2 skylights replaced and my experience was exceptional! From Tomas’ immediate response and inspection to the quick turnaround for installation by his crew, I am extremely pleased! Tomas is great. I had a roof leak and he quickly patched it at a fair rate. UPDATE: I hired Tomas again a few years later when a tree fell on my house. Thankfully, I was away on vacation and Tomas was a huge help, immediately tarping my roof and clearing tree branches from the home and snapping photos for my insurance claim.
