We hired Kitchen Master Design and Modelling because we liked their designs the best of the four vendors we got designs from. They were also the only ones that would redo the lighting in our place without dropping the ceiling. They also have a five-year warranty, which gives us peace of mind with such an expensive and major redesign. We had new solid wood floors installed, complete remodel for the kitchen with new cabinets, sink, island, and quartz wall tiles, added new appliances and they were able to add conveniences such as a pantry and more functional cabinet spaces. They also updated our lighting and electrical switches. Na and Sway were generally good at responding within a day or so of reaching out. There were a few times when we had communication issues, such as what was written in the contract, but we were able to resolve them quickly. I also commend them for helping with getting our Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances through the door even though they were not responsible for that and helping fix damages done by the ABW appliances delivery team. We would recommend them again, the kitchen cabinets, fixtures and lighting are very well done. Our condo is small so their ability to help turn the kitchen into a space a master chef would be proud of and is more functional and better floor plan is much appreciated. The finished kitchen has a wow factor for everyone who has seen it and could be in a design magazine. We intend to use them again for our bathroom remodeling jobs in the future.

KM – Kitchen Master Design and Remodeling gave us the intimate design and execution experience we needed to trust the process. The team is hospitable, trustworthy, and felt like an extension of our family. They worked closely with us on functionality, layout, and vision always ensuring we were meeting codes and exploring innovative design. We had a complete kitchen remodel – walls knocked down, new build out space, added windows, upgraded windows, new flooring, paint, electrical work, new appliances, cabintry, etc. They managed and guided the project, supported our ideas, and made excellent recommendations. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen – more than a year later. And, when unexpected and/or natural “fixes” have come up, they have honored their guarantee and always responded quickly to fix, change, replace whatever was needed. We ended up contracting them to do additonal work unrelated to the kitchen – more build out, new windows, painting, light fixures, etc. – and the work was impeccable. They operate as a team – more boutique, not a big box firm – and outcomes that are superior. We are forever grateful.

My experience with Kitchen Design DMV was excellent. I was initially anxious about remodeling my kitchen, but the team at Mars made it a great experience. They were punctual and finished my kitchen ahead of schedule. They were attentive to my preferences and delivered everything as promised. I am excited to work with them on my basement and bathroom renovations in the future.

The team at Kitchen Design DMV is incredibly pleasant to work with and goes above and and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They prioritize working on only one project at a time, so their clients receive their undivided attention throughout the duration of the project. They are also quick to respond to any issues that may arise during or after the project. Overall, my experience with them has been exceptional.

We hired Kitchen Master Design to remodel our kitchen and were extremely pleased with the results. They completely overhauled our counters, countertops, wall storage, and flooring, and brought in a certified electrician for all of the fixtures. They finished the job within our tight time frame, and even managed to install a new external exhaust for the kitchen fan that was missing from day one. We were overjoyed to have our newly-remodeled kitchen ready for Thanksgiving Day. The team at Kitchen Master Design was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. We highly recommend them.

We recently had our kitchen renovated by extending the area by removing the dining room and creating an open concept layout with the living room. The project was started on time and completed within a reasonable time frame. The workers were professional and polite. As with any major renovation project, there were unexpected issues but the company worked with us financially and made suggestions to save on costs while overcoming any challenges. I plan to hire them again for future bedroom and bathroom renovations, and have already hired them to extend our wood flooring into the basement. Overall, a great experience!

Had a great experience working with Kitchen Master Design & Remodeling. We were so impressed with the job they did with our kitchen that we let them do our living room (coffered ceiling), hallway bathroom, master bathoom, living/dining room. They have great attention to detail and were able to work through any issues that were encountered during the renovation. Had some hiccups due to covid and supplies but other than that we were pleased with how it turned out. Would definitely do business with them again!
