The Bath Center 2 weeks agoI apologize for the length of this review, but the info is necessary. If I were reviewing the sales and installation process, I would have given them 5 stars. However the communation/project management was sub par. Our project started 6 weeks later than originally scheduled. Two days before install date, we were told the vanity we selected was not available, and that it would be another 6 weeks to get the vanity we wanted. We were given the choice of selecting another vanity but declined. We never received a plan (we were told we would get a schedule, but never got it). Once the project started, there were several days when installers didn’t show up. The second day into the project, nobody showed. We received no call, no explanation. We had to call to find out why. The next time the installers told us they were not scheduled to come the next day, even though we were in the 2nd week (of a 1 week project). The third time we were told they would be here on Monday (start of 3rd week of project) but nobody showed. Again WE had to call for update. We were told they would be here Wedneday, but again, no one showed up or called. Our call that day demanded someone be at our place to complete the project, no later than Friday, or we would pursue other options (we had run out of patience). Their response was that someone would be here by 8 AM on Thursday. Thursday, once again, no show at 8 AM, no call. We called (again) and emailed, resulting in someone finally arriving at 10:30 AM. It took 1 hour to complete the project. As noted above our installation team was stellar, as was the quality of everything installed. However, you can’t run a project like this without a good Project Manager, and that is what was missing.

R Brand a week agoToday I was at a Dunkin’ Donuts with my cousin (who is pregnant) and a man in a work van for this company thought it was appropriate to yell out the window and call us fatasses while we were ordering. Lovely that he happened to be in a company truck.
