I can’t say enough about Inland specifically Beata she was my project manager. Her attention to detail and over natural talent I showered her ideas I had and she took it away. Gave ideas and suggestions I never thought of. I never worried about anything!! I would do gladly work with this team again I love my home!!

I bought a house in November that was out dated & did what to me seemed a huge remodel, but Inland made me feel at ease with remodel. Our Project Manager Konrad Orzechowski was very transparent with every addition & hiccup that arose. With this being my first remodel, I was nervous over a lot of my choices. Konrad took the time to meet with me & discuss. With my busy work schedule Konrad was so very responsive when it came to emails. I really appreciate the attention & professionalism that Konrad & his team showed. I look forward to working with Inland on my future home remodels.

Stop looking and ask for Beata – she is AMAZING and you will not regret contracting with Inland. I have used them for a 203k full home rehab which included adding a third floor and also used then to renovate an apartment. You will first work with Luke who clearly explains the 203k process and then you will be assigned to a Project Manager – this is what makes Inland the best. Most general contracts say they have Project Managers but they really don’t. Make sure you ask to get assigned to Beata. Her attention to detail is impecable, not to mention her excellent communication skills. Additionally she always finds a way – there were a couple of light fixtures I really wanted that didn’t fit my budget and she helped me find alternative options that matched my vision even better. What I appreciate the most is that I still reach out to her for questions about my home and she always replies and provides me with references.

We had such a good experience using Inland Home Remodeling to add a dormer to our unfinished attic space on our Chicago Brick Bungalow. We added 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a new staircase. We were lucky enough to get a wonderful Project Manager Konrad who was in constant communication with us, addressed all our needs, and was just friendly and nice to work with when you are doing such a long term project. Everything turned out really lovely and we love our new home. I would recommend working with Inland if you are looking to do a home project.

We had some damage which I was very upset about but they helped us out throughout the whole process. The whole team was very nice but this gentleman named Konrad was so kind and very professional, and answered all my questions from start to finish. He was very detail oriented, had all the right answers, very responsive and made me feel very much at ease. Will definitely recommend him and his entire team to anyone in need.

When I bought my 126 year old house, it had been neglected for many years. Inland Home Remodeling helped make it functional, beautiful, and safe again. I could not have asked for a better experience. The team took great care with my home, and I am grateful for their attention to detail and professionalism. Konrad, my project manager, was organized and communicative, keeping the many complex aspects of the project running smoothly. There we times when there were multiple teams working at once – plumbing, drywall, masons, electrical, etc and he ensured that it ran smoothly on those super busy days. The project finished on time, and that was a big challenge. Since I lived in the house for the entire 6 months of the project, I got to watch firsthand the care that the took with my home. Each team member was on time every day and clearly took pride in their work. Also, a special shout out also to Thomas who created my beautiful deck.
