Two months ago we had a water leak in our kitchen. Fortunately the leak was contained to the kitchen, into the subfloor and into the laminate flooring. After waiting for the insurance company to finally give approval for the estimate Phoenix was able to begin the rebuilding of our kitchen and flooring. Logan was the project manager / superintendent for the rebuilding. Logan called me a few times per week while waiting on the insurance—if only to let us know that we were still waiting, but at least I knew that he was still on top of the project. Once the project started Logan talked to me daily to let me know what the next task was happening—and if something happened sooner than expected, he moved the schedule up and got things moving. The work was all done to high quality, each crew that came over were respectful and professional! Overall, I was very pleased with Logan, his crews and, of course, Phoenix Reconstruction!

I had water damage in my bathroom, they helped me work with my insurance to make everything go smoothly. Also helped with all repairs and made sure everything that went back in was quality. It looks better than before.

Negative stars is not an option, unfortunately this company put on a great front had me fooled. They lie say what you want to hear, don’t follow thorough with documents with financing, don’t own their incomplete work. DO NOT recommend

Update for this review of APEX and Phoenix Reconstruction. I had several conversations with the owner of the companies, Nate. The guy is a genuine and stand-up guy. Some things were miscommunicated during the process and some stuff was missed. Nate and I came to an agreement and the work is being completed. He understood my frustrations and wanted to make things right. This is the kind of person who cares about their customers and I’m sure he’ll work with his staff to avoid these kind of situations with others. If either if these companies are suggested to complete with for you, give them the opportunity. I wish mute businesses had owners like Nate who listened to my concerns and frustrations. And, instead of brushing me off as a nobody, he was willing to work to resolve it.

I had water damage to my laundry room that required new siding, sheathing, flooring, drywall paint, framing, and gutter replacement. Phoenix Reconstruction did a fantastic job working around my schedule to fix everything in a timely manner. The room was not only restored but looks much better than before the water damage. Riley and Logan were great to work with. Very responsive and transparent about timing and pricing. Overall it was a great experience

Recently (finished today 3-7-24) had bathroom remodel due to toilet gasket water/sewage leak. Had to replace hardwood floor to match Brazilian hardwood. They dug down to subfloor and dried area out (and from underneath area in crawlspace. New floor and resanded adjacent kitchen area. The final bathroom stain was not quite right. They came back, restained to make sure it blended properly. Was a big job, but it looks better than it was before. Toby, project manager, made sure we were satisfied. Recommend if you are looking for minimal involvement, hassle-free scenario.

Phoenix completed a full bathroom remodel after water damage from a leaky shower. While there have been bumps along the way, I am ultimately very happy with the results. Working with Toby as our project manager made all of the difference. Once he took over the project we started seeing significant progress and incredibly high quality work. His attention to detail and customer care were fantastic and I would work with him again in a heartbeat. Additionally he reached out to the CEO on our behalf to ensure that we felt heard and compensated for the “bumps” we experienced before he became our project manager. Phoenix is clearly dealing with some growing pains but I truly feel that the company owner cares and is doing everything in his power to move the company in the right direction. That being said, Toby was ultimately the key for us ending this project as satisfied customers.

Phoenix was recommended to by my remediation company, and they did a great job on the reconstruction. I had water damage to my bathroom that required new subfloor, vinyl flooring, drywall (and therefore painting), and insulation in the crawlspace. The team that did the floor did a beautiful job installing it so it looks perfect (no air bubbles or peeling), the drywall was installed and textured so you can’t even tell there was ever a section of wall removed, and the painters painted the entire bathroom so it looks better than it has in a while. They did everything more quickly than I thought they would be able to, and Riley (the project manager) kept in contact with me through the whole process. Overall it was a great experience.
