Purchased vinyl flooring which has cupped and warped due to incorrect install. This is a tripping hazard for my 70 year old mother. Attempted multiple time to have Andy correct to no avail. Be ready to call your attorney after install, as that is the only way you will get a response.

Grab a seat because this will be a long post. I tried withholding posting a bad review for over 8 months now but enough is enough. It all started with installation. They overbooked and as a result started my installation later than agreed. To make it worse, they didn’t finish in the estimated number of days because they were constantly late and moved slower than the average professional. Once the job was done, it became apparent the installation was botched. My beautiful and expensive laminate floors started popping and creaked immediately. When I raised my concern they said give the floors a week to settle. That was December 2020. I let the floor settle as instructed and ask them to come over but nothing. Called countless times since then only to get the runaround. Finally after three months of pestering, they decided to come out. Gave me false hope saying the padding needed replacement. Mind you, I bought the most expensive padding. Anyway, after another lengthy process, finally came out in March to replace the padding in one room. Needless to say that didn’t work. When I called to complain they said they can’t do anything because the laminate floors were defective. This was in May after months of ignoring or not returning my calls. They told me to speak to the distributor and have them bring out an inspector. Got the floor inspected and low and behold, it was bad installation. Because they wanted to make a quick buck $4k to be exact, they didn’t adhere to the flooring standards or prepping the floor before installing the laminate. Sent them the report and continue getting ghosted. As a result, I’ve called the Consumer Protection Agency and BBB. My advice to anyone using this business is to hope and pray nothing goes wrong. Otherwise, you’ll be stuck with a poor installation with no remorse. Now every time I walk on my floors, you can hear the loud popping and creaks. It’s so bad you can feel the edges sink in certain areas.

All the rugs have a large bubble right smack in the middle of my room and hallway!! The installers were also very demanding to ask me to help them move furniture!! I paid full price and have to live with this embarrassment when I have visitors.
