I had my kitchen and both bathrooms updated by Island Homes and Reno and am very pleased with the results. Luis (owner) was on site regularly and I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and solutions-focused. Jose is a genius Jack of All Trades and his quiet and methodical way of doing his job was a pleasure. The cabinet guy (Duncan? Dustin?) is a perfectionist who was eager to please. I am happy to see they are looking to hire an onsite designer because that’s the only part of the experience that I found lacking. I would definitely recommend them!

Island Homes, Vero Beach, installed new kitchen cabinets, counter tops, stainless steel sink and back splash. JJ, Luis and Kim were wonderful to work with. They took care of every detail from beginning to end. It looks great! They’re the Best!

We had our old worn tub and tile replaced with a beautiful walk in shower. The team at Island Home Renovations was responsive throughout the process, the showroom convenient and well-stocked with options, and they handled all the requirements, including permits and inspections. We’re giving a special shout out to J.J., Louis and Kim for helping us so much along the way.

I’m really happy with my kitchen remodel! So much so that I hope to hire Island Homes to remodel my bathrooms soon. They demoed that dreaded ledge, replaced the countertops with quartz, installed an undermount sink and a faucet, put in a tile backsplash, and fixed the drywall and paint to perfection.

We hired Island Homes to repair water damage to our dining room/ living room and garage areas when our water heater failed. JJ, Billy and Dave were great Everyone was very professional work hard and did a great job. The best compliment I can give is I would hire them again in a second. Thanks guys we appreciated you helping us to get our home back together

I will start this review by saying we had a five star experience with Island Homes and renovation. From the moment we walked into the showroom and met JJ , who spent a lot of time with us , going over what we wanted, how it was going to happen, what was going to happen, and the time it would take, to the day the renovation started , was a gratifying experience. Our project manager, Lewis, was on time, prompt , conscientious and kept us in the loop daily of who was coming, and what was going to happen . Lewis took care of any little issues that were experienced along the way and believe me , any of the issues were usually issues related to little add-ons that we added during the course of the Reno. JJ said I would have the counters And new kitchen sink in two days and we had it in two days . We also had a new vanity and Undermount sink installed in the guest bathroom plus a new exhaust fan, which believe me was a job in itself for these guys .The workers who came to actually do the work, the Quartz installers, the plumber to put the in the sink,the experienced construction individuals they sent to do all the other little things that you don’t think about that need to be done, were on time , polite snd efficient. Everyone had the patience of a saint with all the questions that we asked along the way. You hear so many horror stories of people who have their kitchen remodeled and bathroom remodeled, saying this went wrong and that went wrong. Not with this company ! With Island Home Construction , you’re in good hands… we are extremely happy.

I couldn’t be happier with our kitchen remodel with Island Homes & Renovations. Luis’ team from the start was awesome to work with – Great ideas, great communication and very attentive to all my questions ! The project ran smoothly and it was a pleasure to work with someone that will go above and beyond to meet with the customer’s expectations! It’s hard to find such a credible and knowledgeable company these days. I will recommend to anyone who is looking for kitchen remodel!
