I had an amazing experience with Ben, from Acer Construction during my master bathroom’s renovation. Ben was very attentive and responsive the entire time, making sure that my every need was met. His professionalism and punctuality are unmatched in the industry. The quality of the reconstruction was beyond my expectations because my master bathroom now looks excellent and is also functional. Our communication was very seamless, and I was up-to-date on all aspects of my reconstruction. The renovation was completed on time, and it was done with fantastic craftsmanship. The details of the reconstruction were apparent to anyone who visited my home. What we paid Ben is minuscule in comparison to the quality he provided for us. We highly recommend Acer Construction for your renovation needs, no matter how big or small. Our guests are so impressed when they visit our home, and you will be too!

I needed my kitchen cabinets repaired and ACER construction was able to accommodate what I needed and provided outstanding service . He was up front about everything that would be needed involving the repair and the time frame to complete .

Called for a quote to extend a deck for a commercial business. Very rude and short. When someone requests a quote and is told “when you know what you want call back,” it tends to make that person very unlikely to call back. I feel I was pretty clear when I said “I’d like someone to come out and give me a quote to extend a deck.” It is your job to determine what is needed for the project; take pictures, measurements, determine if what is requested is doable, etc. Having the customer do those things leads to inaccuracies and wasted time that could have been avoided by going to the property and doing the quote on site. I’ll be using the one on the other contractors that know that coming out to the site, to quote the work, is standard operating procedures. Terrible customer service.

I wouldn’t recommend any other company for the job. They show up in time, Fast and high quality work, good communication and very trust worthy team. We had a major leak infiltration on our kitchen window. Now it Looks brand new! If duck tape don’t fix it, these guys will !!!!

Ben was great to work with from start to finish. He listened to our needs and made sure he communicated with us through the entire job what was going on. The bid was very reasonable and we couldn’t be happier with the ceiling fans and fixture installation(s) and would not hesitate to call on him again for future jobs.
