OUTSTANDING WORK! I had a situation with a broken dishwasher, which had leaked into the subfloor and created a mold issue. I was referred to Clean Tech by Kevin Corr at A.R.E. Inspections, another outstanding environmental consultant who does the testing. Clean Tec and Devin Farinsky (project manager) packed up the kitchen and separated that area from the rest of the house with a plastic tent and air scrubbers. The work took a little over two weeks and came in under estimate. The mold is now gone, the test came back all clear. During this period, I received an update on the progress of the work every evening from Devin and his crew. I am so impressed with this company, their professionalism, work and communication. I highly recommend Clean Tec.

This review started with a leak in our home in November. We called Clean Tec, who came out quickly, assessed the issues and damage, and came up with a plan to mitigate the damage and begin repairs and restoration. They were clean and efficient. We were extremely pleased. However, due to labor/staffing issues, significant delays plagued the insurance and invoicing process. After 6 months, the issue was resolved and the business owner, Holland, claimed responsibility for the delay and waived late fees, which was very understanding. I have been assured that the issue is resolved and won’t happen moving forward. I sincerely hope I never have to call Clean-Tec again, because it will mean I have water damage, but if I do, I know the staff from the top down will work hard to maintain the high standard of quality in their workmanship and professionalism.

Due to my wife having cancer treatments, I was not able to be present in the home while they did the work. As a result, they stole items from the home, including $1400 in cash. Do not leave these people alone in your home.

Finding black mold in my home was devastating. The Clean-tec crew was incredible. They talked me through every step, answered all my questions without patronizing me, and brought the job in for less than the estimate! Highly recommend them.

The landlord of a home I moved into hired Clean-Tec to do remediation work on some extensive mold and septic contamination. They were incredibly helpful – from the office staff to each technician that came to the house. I have some major health issues and they were remarkably kind, considerate and patient with me. I’m grateful to them for their thorough information and explanations of work. 10/10
