Adrian Construction remodeled our kitchen from the ground up in the summer of 2023. The quality of work from day one was fantastic and almost one year later we are still in awe of our new space. We absolutely love it. We decided to hire Donovan and his team after our initial meeting with them to discuss plans and their course of work. We were immediately ready to sign a contract after Mr. Adrian emphasized how important communication was for his clients and team. True to his word, he contacted us every single day for the entirety of the project to give us a heads up on what to expect for the next and and/or following week. It was so helpful given our already busy lifestyle. We were always given enough time to plan accordingly if we needed to be out of the house for any length of time. Every person who came into our home was respectful, courteous and friendly. They took care to clean up their work at the end of every work day and arrived on time every morning. It was fun getting to know everyone who worked here. The quality of work and special attention to detail was great. My husband and I had some unique ideas for our kitchen that the team took extra care to make sure it was done according to our vision. If something seemed amiss, we worked together until it was right. Again, it cannot be overstated how happy we are with the end results even months later and it’s a treasure to come home and see the beautiful work every day. If you are in the process of looking for a general contractor, look no further. This is your team and they are fantastic to work with. My recent house remodel experience with Adrian Construction and Premiere Tile and Stone was fantastic. They far exceeded my expectations in all areas. The workmanship was perfection. Donovan and his crew redid the tile in my kitchen and shower and they installed new vinyl plank flooring throughout my house. The team arrived everyday on time and worked through the day as a supportive team. It was obvious that they take pride in their work. They were kind and polite in their daily interaction with me. I am looking forward to having them start on my next project. They are a full service construction company. I will be recommending Adrian Construction to my family and friends with confidence. I also want to thank Rebecca and Deanna for all their help at Premier Tile and Stone. They were so gracious in answering my questions, helping me coordinate colors and products and calming my nerves.

They remodeled a bathroom for us and it turned out amazing. The staff and crew are absolutely top notch. Crew shows up on time and cleans up everyday, it’s like they weren’t even there. Special recognition to Rick and Eric for all their hard work and friendly disposition. Rick is a true craftsman and takes pride in his work. I will definitely be working with this company again and I highly recommend them for your next project.

Adrian Construction did an amazing job turning my house into a gorgeous home. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and it turned out beautifully. They are currently working on our master after doing a great job in our guest bathroom as well.

I contracted with Adrian Construction for the installation of 18 windows and three sliders. The scope of the work required removal of a patio cover for access as well as replacement of all window trim and some stucco repair. My wife and I are grateful for the professionalism of the crew that completed the work. They were prompt each morning, communicated well, shared a few helpful tips and suggestions and completed the work beyond our expectations. Looking forward to contracting Adrian Construction for future remodeling.

Wow! What a professional company. My wife and I decided it was time to remodel our master and guest bathrooms, so we searched for contractors with excellent reviews in the Modesto area by talking to friends, contractors and reading online reviews. To say that we did our due diligence would be an understatement. Adrian Construction was the clear choice! I have had some experience with a previous remodel, so I knew what to look for in a contractor. The estimator showed up on time and spent a couple of hours going over our remodel needs and the materials we wanted. Remodels can be tricky due to the fact that you just don’t know what you will find when you start opening up walls. Our budget for this project was $35,000 and the estimate came in at just over $32,000. The final cost came to $34,496 due to some minor change orders and a mold abatement issue. You have to fix mold problems due to potential health issues! Now to the quality of workmanship Adrian’s crew demonstrated: They showed up on time and when they said they would be here. Practically unheard of in my experience. Demo was as clean as can be. Charles was the the primary demo person and he was fastidious in cleaning up each day. When it came to installing new tile in the showers, their tile guy, Joe, was simply an artist and we are loving it. Mike, the jack of all trades, installed our new vanities along with gorgeous granite tops, which he fabricated, and high end Hansgrohe faucets, a new bathtub and new sinks. Donovan Adrian, the owner, visited the job site frequently to insure everything was proceeding as planned. By the way, Donovan is a perfectionist by nature and that is reflected in the superior work his people do. I have run out of superlatives to describe Adrian Construction and the tradesmen who work there. Suffice to say, this company is the very best in the Modesto area and my wife and I are thrilled with our new bathrooms. I would recommend Adrian Construction unconditionally! I would also recommend Premier Tile and Stone, which is owned by Adrian Construction, as a great choice when selecting materials for your project. Darcy, the manager of Premier Tile and Stone, was very helpful in this process and we couldn’t have have done this project without her help.

Adrian Construction recently installed 3 quartz countertops and 6 square under mount sinks in my 3 bathrooms. I couldn’t be happier! The owner, Donovan, is honest, trustworthy and a true professional. Any concerns were promptly addressed. If you need a contractor, this is your company. I couldn’t be happier, and my bathrooms are gorgeous!
