Friend recommended Eddie to us for our house renovation. Although we did not get to work with Eddie and his team this time, it was a pleasure knowing and interacting with Eddie. We love the way he works and his business model, it’s systematic, organized, comprehensive and professional. Eddie also shared a lot of helpful info and resources with us to help us start with our renovation. If you are considering design build, talk to Eddie and it won’t disappoint.

My wife and I highly recommend Eddie Design and Remodeling for any home remodel project, no matter how small or how large. We hired the firm to rebuild our Willow Glen home. Our house is beautiful, and we could not be more pleased with the end result. This was an extensive remodel, reconstructing 90% of our home. From the beginning Eddie Stolik and Shay Ben were open and communicative, and were very eager to make our vision for our home a reality. Their team is superb. This includes their architects, designers, the site project manager, Sarmad Khalaf, and all contractors. Before any work was done, we met several times with Eddie, Shay and the designated architect. The architect prepared several designs, and we chose one which fit our budget and took our home from 1,600 to 2,100 square feet, and from 3 bedrooms/1.5 baths to 5 bedrooms/3.5 baths, plus an office and full garage. Our house needed to be completely demolished and rebuilt from the foundation up. New electrical and new plumbing were installed throughout. The new build incorporated solar paneling, drought resistant landscaping, tankless water heater, state of the art heating and air-conditioning, internet and cable set-up, and all of the design features that we desired. All city/building inspections passed with no issues whatsoever. The assigned designer worked very closely with us on all the appliances, bathroom fixtures, tile for all bathrooms and fireplaces, and all necessary design choices. Throughout, Eddie, Shay and Sarmad were completely available and responsive to our needs. They even scheduled on-site project updates every two weeks, through the entire project. We would hire them again and we recommend them without reservation.

Eddie is a Scam!!! Eddie and I signed a contract to do my legalization project in 2020 and it supposed to only take 6 months! Eddie had no clue what he is doing. They submitted the plans and rejected, then they submitted it for the second, third and got rejected again. After submitting 4th time, it got accepted but there were many mistakes in it. So, when we started the inspection, the inspector pointed all the contradiction and major mistakes. So far the project took 3 years and still we don’t have the correct plans!

Eddie and his team did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen countertops and backsplash. He gave us ideas on the design, the materials and overall look of the kitchen. Very pleased with their professionalism and excellent quality of work . Highly recommend Eddie and his team.

Eddie and Geoff met with us many times to go over our needs for a remodel we wanted for a recently purchased home. They were both extremely friendly and insightful and gave us several things to consider that we would not have otherwise on our own. The highlight for us was the responsiveness, level of communication, and overall organization of things.
