Chatted with him asking if he could fix a bi fold door for my tenant. Said yes and agreed on 11 am…its now.740 pm with no response. Told.my tenant hes seriously lagging…. u had great reviews but with piss poor follow through.

Andrew was excellent! I needed him to install a couple of ceiling fans as well as cut an existing countertop to accommodate a new sink set up. He was prompt, fairly priced, and very professional. High quality work and dependable. I hightly recommend him.

Andrew came out to our house on July 2nd. Explained what we wanted and when. He gave us an initial estimate and timeline. He said he would send us a small work order with drawings etc and it would be a $350 fee. Never received it. July 20th he said he would have some drawings etc for us. July 22 said he would need to come out for measurements. Scheduled appt for the 26th. No showed. Texted and called multiple times over the week and no response. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of our time. Now we have wasted over a month and need to find someone else. He asked me to add that he was not our contractor yet because we didn’t have a signed agreement but in our minds we were going with him and that’s what we were waiting for. Why else would we give him over a month to come back out to our house for measurements & drawings. Beware!!!
