I am very pleased and happy with the amazing renovation of two bathrooms in my home. The work was completed in a professional manner with very little inconvenience. I connected with 3rd Generation Building and Design, after my aunt worked with them on a bathroom remodel. Andrew & his brother were professional from start to finish on the projects I needed done. I was impressed with their expertise, work ethic, and their willingness to listen & suggest solutions. They expertly removed and replaced two outdated fluorescent bathroom lights, refinished my hardwood floor and added a coordinating wood handrail from the dining room to the living room. Although my projects were small, they treated me as professionally as if it were a large job. I plan to use them again on my next project. Definitely recommend these honest, professional contractors!

The owners of 3rd Generation Building and Design did an amazing job with our master bath remodel. The bathroom was original with the house, 25 years old. The remodel was a complete redo of the bathroom, floors, tub, shower, vanity, lighting, fans, new hardware, new plumbing and electrical. Their craftsmanship was outstanding, showing great attention to details and ‘doing it right’. They were courteous, always on time, never missed a day and were on schedule and on budget. This company is run by true professionals with the sole goal of making sure you are happy with the end results. I would highly recommend them as they are hands down the best contractor we have ever used for our home remodeling work.

We hired 3rd Generation Building and Design on the recommendation of our previous contractor, who had retired to remodel our hall bathroom, and we were not disappointed. They did an outstanding job, well beyond our expectations. The owners, Andrew and Anthony were professional, honest and easy to work with. Can’t say enough about the quality of tile workmanship by Andrew! He is a skilled craftsman and I have hired him twice over the past fifteen years for my kitchen and two bathroom tile projects. I highly recommend him to my family and friends and assure them of his courteous and responsible work ethic. He was a “johny-on-the-spot” hero with a recent plumbing issue I had. He skillfully cut through tile that was no longer available, saving me hundreds of dollars having to re-tile my bathroom. Rest assured he’ll get your project done with finess!

The lead contractor and worker provided quick, high quality work. They installed a long fence with gate, framed a window including the windowseal and stain, as well as the interior and exterior demo, drywall installation, , and outside waterproofing for a large out building. These are highly professional and detailed workers. Highly recommend!
