Alchemy did a great job on our residential, flat roof project. Amy made sure all the paperwork was clear and communicated on a timely basis. Steve worked hard to make sure we got the best panels available, installed In the location that provided the best sunlight. He also worked with PG&E, made sure our app was up and running correctly, and even advocated for us when another subcontractor wasn’t thinking creatively enough to get the job done. We love the look of the panels and the decrease on our utility bills. Excellent job, Alchemy!

Alchemy installed 8kW rooftop solar for us. Price was very reasonable. Work/finished product were excellent, system works with no issues. Work was completed on schedule. Crew was professional & personable. Definitely recommended

Fantastic company!! These guys are professional, fair, and fast. Steve and Amy run a top-notch crew. They came into my business and undertook a huge project. When so many companies out there won’t even take the time to return a call, I got an immediate response, a fair bid, and when I expressed the need of such a time sensitive job work began almost immediately. It’s refreshing to see a company show up, truly work the whole day (not sit around and waste time), and the get the job done!

Alchemy installed our rooftop solar and it truly couldn’t have been a better experience. During planning they were thorough without being needy and on construction day they finished ahead of schedule. I will absolutely use Alchemy again for future upgrades.

Potential clients: beware of what you’re getting into with these people. They are very good at marketing, and very bad at working towards their client’s budget even after telling them it’s “totally doable.” And then they’ll charge you for the time it takes them to figure out how badly they mis-estimated their costs and mark-up, which are often twice what other contractors charge (I have documented this). They are very capable builders, and may be perfect for you, but any contractor can do what they do, as well as they do, for far less money. I hope they have changed their suspect business practices since my horrible experience with them. See detailed Yelp review for more information.
