Cash Payne & United Constructors were referred to us by a friend, who is an agent in the Walnut Creek area. We had met with a number of contractors, but Cash was by far the most personable & thorough with his assessment & quote. He never tried to upsell or pressure us into add-ons, unlike other contractors we met. His delivery is always genuine & warm. His quote was in line or below others, and his timeline was under other companies. Cash, along with his talented crew of professionals were incredibly communicative and thorough. We love our new kitchen! We needed help with updating our kitchen, and United Constructors were highly recommended. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, and Cash Payne’s recommendations along the way helped us get the kitchen we wanted. Their crew, especially Carlton and Eric, are excellent! I appreciated the consistent communication, timeliness, and high quality workmanship. We’ll definitely use United Constructors again to update our bathrooms!

These guys transformed my life in my house Not only did they put in Canlite, but they also did spray foam insulation that really made a huge difference in the conditioning of my vaulted ceiling room, and then came and put this wood ceiling in that looks majestic. 100% pros

When you really care about your home, it’s important to get people who are skilled, and that you can trust. United Constructors, Inc. is exactly that kind of company. We had dry rot under my home office. Wasted timbers, wet crawlspace, poor ventilation. Cash and the team gave us an accurate quote, and then did the work. It went faster that I expected, and they did a fantastic job! They paid attention to details, and did the job right. The workers showed up as promised, did their work, and cleaned up the site. The whole house is now in better shape, and the floors and timbers are good as new. We highly recommend these guys! Chris

Cash straight up designed my dream spa bathroom complete with unreal slab work, detailed wall, soapboxes, steam room, oasis! Just ridiculous, beyond my expectations. Show me the detail work with the rain shower was brilliant. But the steam shower and the coordination that goes into it with all the sizing and detailed work is amazing. I had no idea there was so much that goes into this. Cash walked me through all the details, including making sure that the shower door was completely sealed and what type of glass to use, including waterproofing materials and the suggestion to put the tub inside of the wet room was brilliant. Now I get to sit inside of my tub during a bath while the steam shower is on. I’m in heaven and now I spend the weekend in my bathroom on vacation. #staycation
