Very disappointed is the after sale service we received and the deception. My wife and I went to Mid Wisconsin Flooring in Stevens Point to shop for some tile in early February 2020. We picked out some tile we liked an wanted to place an order. We asked if we had some tile left over after our project could it be returned. We were told yes at a 25% restocking fee. The next question we had was how long before the tile comes in. We were told 7 to 10 days. These two question were important to our decision to order or not. We placed our order on 02/13/2020 based on the answers we were given by the sales person. After about 14 days we called to see when our tile would be in. They said they would check and call us back. We never received a call back. After a few more days we call again, we were told they would check and call us back. They did not call back. We made a third call and told them we needed to schedule an installer and needed an answer. They could not give us an answer. Finally we received a call on 03/06/2020 telling us the tile was in after 22 days. We were extremely disappointed when we brought the unused tile back and were told they would not take it back even after we were told by their sales person we could. No one seemed to care what we were told when they took our money for the sale. We were going to place a second order for more tile but after the way we were treated we decided to shop elsewhere.
