Amazing. Can’t say enough good things. Setting up my chiropractic office, my leasing manager was on vacation (didn’t get my remaining carpet install timed correctly), but Sam came through to finish it on time. Called Sam on a Friday and explained the situation, said we were opening on the following Monday and needed the remaining carpet install completed ASAP. They don’t work on weekends, but Sam managed to get some guys out promptly Saturday morning to complete the job in time for me to open my office so I could see my patients. Also, his install guys were very polite and respectful. Don’t look anywhere else. Excellent customer service. Very happy. THANK YOU SAM, YOU SAVED THE DAY!!!

Beyond impressed with Sam and his guys over at Best Carpet for all of your flooring & tile needs! He truly is the BEST! Awesome service, response time, scheduling (was amazing) and quality! What they accomplished in an orderly amount of time was incredible! Stairs, new wood floor, complete master bathroom remodel (marble tile floor, shower, niches & beautiful glass door) was nothing short of incredible! Thanks sam for always taking care of us! CALL HIM:) you will be taken care of!

5 stars start to finish. Sam was fantastic. Easy yo work with. Transparent with pricing. Great selection of carpet at very reasonable prices. Sam knew my budget and stuck to it. Ivan and Alex were sensational. They worked so incredibly hard. This was a big job. I cannot speak highly enough of Best. I am a home stager and will be referring Best every chance i get.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Sam brought samples to our home making the selection of LVP easy. He has an eye for what to recommend to replace flooring in living room, hallway, and kitchen. Sam focused on delivering excellent customer service. The quoted price is what we paid. High integrity and commitment to a positive experience. The installers were above and beyond our expectations. High attention to detail, on time, excellent communication, and clean worksite at end of the day. They cared about their work and it showed! Highly recommend!

Our initial thought was WOW, a place that cares about their customers and their reputation. Was refreshing to find a place that was so helpful. We were able to take samples home with no pressure and received two quotes on carpet (installed cost, and cost if just purchased carpet). I believe we initially worked with Nicole Farias. We were excited when we decided which carpet we wanted and returned to place our order. We were shocked to learn our price had jumped dramatically from the price we were initially given (all measurements were the same). We hold our honesty and integrity at a very high level and try to only support businesses with the same moral values. Sadly, we found Best Carpet does not stand behind its word.

We had a great experience with Best Carpets Interiors for our home. We selected a LVP and carpeting. Sam Hafez was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. The installer was professional and did premium work. We are very happy with the final product and would highly recommend them to our friends and family!
