We had another great experience with Ron Hubbring. First it was our carpet the price was reasonable and the installation was great. We went back to get a luxury vinyl floor put in and used Ron again. Again the installation was fantastic. I would recommend carpetland and Ron to anyone

Ron was awesome and took the time to help us pick the perfect carpet. The installers really worked hard and carpet looks unbelievable! I highly recommend Carpetland USA Flooring Center – and Conrad Dotzler, in particular. My husband and I are custom home builders in Cedarburg, WI. I work with our clients from house design to move in, assisting them with the design of the home and all selections for their home. We have worked with Conrad for over over 10 years (maybe more) and we actually followed him to Carpetland USA Flooring Center because we knew he would take care of our needs. Conrad makes the selection of LVP and carpeting easy for me and for our clients. There are so many options for LVP and most clients aren’t aware of what they should be looking for, so Conrad easily explains the qualities of each product so the client can make the right decision without becoming frustrated. Our clients are happy – and relieved – that the process of selecting a major part of their home was not overwhelming but it was fun!. Conrad guides us through the selection process and gives not only detailed information on the products, but he also gives our clients the time to think about it so they don’t feel rushed. He also sends quotes quickly, answers any follow up questions I may have.
