If I could give less than one star I would. I had Wheeling Flooring Center do 3 full floors of laminate in my studio (9000 square feet) a few years ago. I now have a problem with the floor breaking and I asked them to come back and take a look. I just wanted to have them make a repair, willing to pay and not blaming them at all. They came and took a look, said they would send a quote and then never did. I called multiple times and they refused to call me back. Now I have hired another contractor and when he pulled the damaged areas of the floor up he found that instead of fixing the subfloor, they just stacked pieces of laminate to build it up. Obviously it is sliding and my floor is cracking and breaking. For my business this is dangerous as someone could get hurt. I am beyond disappointed and hope to warn everyone to stay away from this place. Obviously they knew what they did and that is why they did not want any part in correcting the problem. Disgraceful.

All around horrible experience. Shoddy/cheap work, no show appointments, and a lot of attitude. They installed what look outdoor pavers inside and can’t seem to find the time to even attempt to fix it.

Would not specify the cost of item because they don’t want customers to compare other prices in the area. They made clear the state of West Virginia doesn’t require it and there is an written rule in wheeling. For an area preaching capitalism they sure don’t believe in it in wheeling.
