Save yourself the annoyance and go somewhere else. Had carpet done on a 50×28 basement and you can see every seem..every place where it’s not attached to the wall strip, and THIS is after they sent the guys back to fix what I complained about! But the man that answered the phone when I called to complain told me and I quote “Nobody died” and that was as for as their follow up went. This wasn’t a cheap job, as it was a few grand I paid so, why can I see where the padding is underneath? How come I can see the glue they used to try to fix where the carpet wasn’t connected? Also, why would I pay close to 4 grand and want to reuse the stripping that was already there and they tacked it down so hard, that we had to put tape over where it was sharp so my children wouldn’t get hurt. I have an entire other level of my home to do, and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
