Save yourself the trouble and go to Home Depot. Refused my return of product I had not even picked up yet because it was cut (they won’t even do it for a 20% fee, just screwed me for $1000) Bought other flooring, they didn’t have enough in stock so they SAID they would call when it was in. Never did. Put my product I had already paid for on their sales floor to sell to others. I called and she hung up and never called back without checking on it. I call the next day and he finds out it is on the floor and puts it in storage for my safe keeping… I come the next morning and my products has been made inaccessible and they are unable to get it to me… No call from Jonie the manager yet… Not a single apology ever.

Looked twice. Will be buying eventually. I’ve done a lot of lvp and their prices are good and knowledgeable staff.

My wife Maren and I purchased the Classic Acacia flooring for 3 rooms in our home on 7-26-23. It was back ordered from California for a month, but once it arrived Floor Traders set up an appointment for installation on October 4-6. Michael Buchanan and Matt were assigned to do the installation. Now that it has been completed, Maren and I just wanted to comment on the work. It was timely and professional. They answered all of our questions and concerns and did the utmost professional job. Michael and Matt were great to work with, and we would love to give them some recognition and the highest recommendations. You have 2 of the great contractors in your employment. I did not see any lower of a grad to give floor Traders I have been doing business with floor traders, for the last five years had one product on a job that was recalled. Floor traders refuse to do anything. I have been in construction and have done floors for the last 20+ years I would not recommend them they do not stand behind their product I have in the last five years given them over 300,000+ dollars this was a $1400 material order from them and they would not even cover that. They have absolutely no warranty is what I was told on any flooring you buy from them. I use Greatfloors and I brought the product into them and they said the reason they would not sell flooring floor trader sells is it has got issues with the flooring and the flooring that. Greatfloors and other big companies will not sell because it will not hold up to their Standards and warranty

I came in to find a replacement flooring for a small area in my Motorhome. I was greeted by a young man with a slick style and immediately thought “Here we go.” Tracy suppressed me and turned out to be one of the most professional and customer service oriented sales people I’ve ever worked with. Congratulations Floor trader outlet. I don’t give 5 stars to everyone. Your sales team earned it.
