The experience with the Mt Vernon store was perfect. Jose Rodriguez and his team provided excellent assistance, timely installation and great pricing for our new GAIA floor. We recommend the entire team for a worry-free project.

Very knowledgeable and helpful for the sale of flooring. Everything else was terrible. Took them forever to find the trim I bought, both times. Not really interested in taking back returned items. Quoted multiple restock fees and wouldn’t take back trim I didn’t need after they told me I should get it. Every time I went in (3 times) after the sale I just felt like I was bothering them.

We had a lot of heavy furniture to move and some very squeaky floors. The installation crew did an excellent job of figuring out how to make the job go smoothly, and they went far beyond our expectations to correct the squeaks in our 45 year old flooring. We highly recommend Andy’s 5 Star flooring.

Andy’s installed carpet 6 years ago. Shortly afterwards it began to lift and wrinkle. Eric came out and reatretched one corner. Then wrinkles began to appear in other parts of the room. Because of Covid and some health problems I was unable to follow up until now. They refused to come out and restretch the rest because so much time has passed. I have had carpets for decades and that did not need to be reatretched ever.

5 Star Flooring, and Walter in particular, have been amazing. The initial installer (I think a subcontractor) had some minor errors on the stairs. Walter came to inspect the work and 5 Star Flooring redid the entire staircase at no charge to us. 5 Star Flooring’s honesty and dedication to a perfectly done job is an example not just for a flooring business, but for any firm in any industry. I will not consider any other business for future flooring needs.

The quality of their workmanship was exceptional, and they were able to complete the job in one day. The carpeting looks absolutely beautiful and has transformed the look and feel of our home. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

We recently had all the floors in our house redone with Luxury VInyl Plank (LVP) and carpets and had some of our baseboards replaced. We are thrilled with how they turned out and our overall experience with the Andy’s 5-Star team in Bothell! Walter was very helpful in picking out colors and narrowing in on the look we wanted. The large samples were very helpful in evaluating our options. The delivery of materials as well as the installation went smoothly. Walter was very responsive and answered all my questions along the way. The install team finished early and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Andy’s. The customer service and interactions are top notch!

Walter is a straight shooter and definitely keeps you in the loop every step of the way The installer Olexi was a ROCK STAR. One of the very best in the business. Could not be happier with the price and results.
