Had a great experience purchasing our flooring here for our remodel in the York neighborhood. Having shopped some of the bigger box stores, I wanted to give a chance to a local vendor and was pleasantly surprised to find very competitive pricing for some great products. Skyler helped me and patiently walked my wife and I through multiple options, and Pauline was also quite helpful. I was aware of their reputation, as I work for a well-known general contractor in town, and our experience with one stop has always been excellent making them a preferred vendor of ours.

Joel is a god sent for our family. We contacted him for some unfinished flooring work and he right away came to give us an estimate. He is very pleasant, professional and friendly to work with. His knowledge and experience with different types of flooring is great. Being a first time home owner, we have quite a bit of questions but Joel is always very kind and answers them all. His customer service skills are awesome. The prices for material and for installation are the cheapest among other quotes we received. He has installed sheet vinyl in a couple of our bathrooms and will be coming back to do some more. We have also had the pleasure of working with Paulene from the 1 stop interiors store to order material, she is awesome. For anyone looking for material and/or flooring installation, this business is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

One Stop is a great name for this business. We shopped at 4 local flooring places and Steve McKenzie – salesman and former installer – knew more about flooring than anyone we worked with. One Stop had the best selection, best quality, best service, best installers, and best price of the bids we received. I am a former contractor and this was by far my best experience with a flooring business.

I had an amazing experience with 1 Stop Interiors. Being out of town it requires me to manage my flooring project from Arizona which can be a bit tricky but Pauline was very accommodating and thorough. She sent me multiple flooring samples and options via text and spent time answering all my questions about the different flooring options. It can be overwhelming trying to decide between hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, carpet, and so on. But she was patient and knowledgeable. Steven did a phenomenal job measuring my home and providing an accurate estimate that was spot on and didn’t require the need to order more material or leave excess behind. The flooring project was done on time and on budget. As far as pricing, 1 Stop Interiors is very competitive. I spent nearly a month calling different GCs, flooring specialist, big companies (Great Floors, Carpet Liquidators, etc) and 1 Stop Interiors offered the best quality product at a great price. As an example, I have kids and have a highly active home so I opted for a higher mil (20 mil) for my luxury vinyl planks and compared to other companies it was priced very well and on par with lower mil products. Last thing, as mentioned before I was out of state when this project took place and Pauline went out of her way to go back to the home and call me via FaceTime to show me the final product. That level of care and customer service goes a long way and if I ever need to do another flooring project I know 1 Stop Interiors will be who I call.

This was an awesome company to work with! Steve really went the extra mile for me! I was trying to choose floors from another state and he was beyond helpful – even to the point of staying on the phone with me while I was in a store where I live and working with me to try to compare textures when we were looking at different products! And all of this cheerfully. They did a great job with the floor and were just top notch professional as well as friendly and price competitive all the way through.

Let me start off first saying this is the best place to get flooring from! Steve and Joel are fantastic people and super knowledgeable on flooring. We ordered carpet from them at a super fair price for our stairs. I installed the rest of our laminate flooring but a couple transition spots (top of stairs and a tile to the laminate) were giving me trouble and they offered to do it for me with no additional charge! It looks amazing and kept me updated everyday with shipping updates (delays due to COVID and flooding). I definitely recommend them for anything flooring related!

The sales manager, Steve, was great and easy to work with. Joel did the carpet install and was terrific and professional. It was nice to avoid the big box store and do business with a small, local firm. They were great!
