I’ve known Rapheal for over 15 years. Which makes me sad to write this review. Its taken me some time to decide whether to write it or not but I feel its necessary. 2.5 yrs ago, First carpet job replacment was great when we moved out from previous house. I was so excited to see Rapheal’s face to give us an estimate that we hired him right away. When we moved, we decided to hire him and his guys again. This time to do our kitchen floor, backslash, and a 1/2 bath gut remodel to a full bath. He suggested LVP in the kitchen, knowing we had a wood stove. We talked about it and he asked if we use it and if it would be out of the way during floor install. I told him, yes we use it every year. The stove will be out of the way for now and will move it back. Well the floor is ruined already. The LVP had totally peeled up all in front of the stove. We asked if he’d be willing to fix it and work with us. He said fire isnt in the warranty. We even offered to pay for material and he can take care of labor. If they could place a hearth there over the already new but ruined flooring. He wouldn’t work with us. In the bathroom… The tile work was great but the shower wasn’t installed properly. The door would not close and he told us to find a magnet and install it ourselves. He did come back a few times to try to figure things out but decided to ask us to just get a magnet. He was supposed to do our backslash in our kitchen but by this time we were a bit frustrated. With several things wrong and him not wanting to fix anything or even try to work with us on ANY of it… When everything is brand new!! We asked for our tile and deposit back. We got the tile but no deposit at all. He said he was going to take out freight cost and such which would’ve left a measly $20. Which we didnt even get back. Even though she couldnt help me, the girl he has at the desk is very kind. She was kind to me every single time I spoke to her. Which I appreciated at least. His son that also works there was rude every time I spoke to him. The brand new broken floor became a tripping hazard. A brand new shower shouldn’t have a door that doesn’t close and leaks water out every time we use it. There was no integrity or accountability, with unfinished and ruined products at the end. Most of all… We lost a long going friendship.

We are very, very pleased with our new flooring. Rafael and his son, Brandon, were very knowledgeable and patient. The price for laying the floor was less than Lowes, so we were able to purchase better LVT. Salvador and Bella were so sweet. They were real pros at putting down the floor and cleaning up as they went. The quarter round was matched perfectly to our woodwork. We are thrilled with our beautiful, new bathroom and kitchen floors. We bought the Mannington LVT. There was a nice selection of flooring in different price ranges. The new store is beautiful, it’s across from Solenburgers hardware store.

FANTASTIC RESULTS…I can not give enough stars!! The workmanship…the attention to details..the finish product!! The original damage to my laundry room floor and the hardwood floor in my breakfast area was heartbreaking. But once Only Floors arrived everything changed. The replacement of new wood. Then the sanding of ALL the existing wood floors on my main level. Then restaining everything so there was consistent color throughout. Then 2 applications of polyurethane for protection. The floors look better and more beautiful than they were in the beginning. Oh and the new floor in the laundry room. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I had Only Floors remove the carpet from my bedrooms and replace it with hardwood to match the rest of the house. The job Omar and Douglas did on the installation was perfect. The work they did is flawless, with great attention to detail. I also think I got a good price.

Excellent experience and easy process from beginning to end. Replaced basement carpet with LVT, replaced basement carpeted stairs with wood and replaced the carpet in our main floor family room with the same hardwood that was on the rest of the main floor. Rafael, the owner, came out to our home the same day to take measurements and we had an estimate by the end of the day. Work started in a few days and took 3 days to complete. From the time we first walked into their store to the time all was completed was 8 days. Quick and easy! Rafael was personable, genuine and truly cares about excellent customer service. Orlando and Maria, who did the work, were outstanding. You can tell they paid attention to detail and truly cared about “getting it right.” Incredible workmanship and professionalism. I would use Only Floors again in a heartbeat. We have had various types of work done on our homes over the years and this definitely ranks as one of the better experiences.

This company is fantastic. I had 1,900 sq feet of floors ripped out and reinstalled in a different wood. The service was excellent in every way from choosing the floor to installation. Raphael is so knowledgeable about flooring and willing to assist in anyway possible. The floor installers we had , Orlando and Maria were amazing. They worked so hard and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any work you might want done. They really know how to install flooring and their customer service is impeccable. I never felt pressured in any way and it took me a few weeks to decide on my wood.
