Second time around for us to put an area rug in another room. We returned for the selections of good name brand carpets in different price points. Of course the staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and helped us get what we were looking for. The finished product is perfect!

As a general contractor, we only work with suppliers who offer a variety of selections and are courteous, responsive, & helpful with both our clients and employees. Floor Traders fulfills all of these requirements. We highly recommend Floor Traders to both general contractors and homeowners for their flooring needs.

I purchased my floors here about two years ago and used one of their recommended contractors. The quality of flooring is mid level but pricing is for a premium level flooring. The boards are starting to chip and crack and come apart in a few places. Their recommended contractors do the minimum, and after customers had problems with them, they started caveating (“buyer beware”) their recommendations. If I had to do it again, I would have gotten premium quality flooring at a store more well known, and hired an actual reputable contractor. The two stars is for a below average experience and result. Nowadays there are lots of places that sell and install flooring. Ask around and do your homework because it’s hard to undo this decision once you’ve made it.

Highly recommend this store for any of your flooring needs. In 2020 we purchased LVP and carpet for our house. In 2024 I called them hoping they had the old quote so I could reorder the same carpet as we prepare to sell the house. They not only had the quote but helped me schedule the measure and install within a week. They are very responsive and the carpet was installed very quickly! We did this all being out of state and we are so thankful for their help!
