What a great experience! Replaced padding and carpet in my downstairs. It looks great!. Very helpful in helping me choose carpet that would look good. Great installation! Shawn installed my carpet and he really is the very best! You can tell he is very experienced and takes great pride in his work. I would not shop anywhere except Va Carpet Connection for any flooring needs.They really care and it shows! They go above and beyond expectations. My carpet looks beautiful.

Steve and Va carpet connection installed Waterproof floors and Carpet in my home two weeks ago , They beat Lowes, Empire carpets and Cherry carpets prices by a huge margin’ the service was excellent.The only problem was they were 45 minutes late the first day.

READ THE REVIEWS. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Steve is very unorganized and unprofessional. And after reading other reviews, it seems like he is mainly this way towards certain clients. Don’t walk, RUN away. There are better pricing and professionalism out there.

Horrible customer service! I have had 2 appointments to have them come to my home, no show both times with no calls. Great reply, appt. Was for 10 a.m., I waited till noon to call, first missed appointment was a complete no show and all the carpet is bubbling because your installer made more money installing it by himself, which clearly doesn’t work.

Carpet Connection laid carpet and padding thru out my whole house. The whole experience was a pleasure and Steve came out to inspect it when the job was complete. The seams we’re undetectable and the whole job looked nice and felt nice! Good job at a great price!
