I used Custom Floor & Designs to install flooring a couple of years ago for the main floor and basement and knew exactly who to contact when I needed to replace the carpet upstairs for the same flooring. Both times the experience working with this company has been amazing and working with Chris Hovan and his team are top notch. The team did a fantastic job in removing all the carpet, fast installation, and cleanup. Highly recommend this company.

Working with Chris at Custom Floor was efficient, thorough, and definitely customer friendly. He helped us pick the exact products we needed, scheduled the installation (their install team is outstanding) and provided excellent follow up at the conclusion of the project. The entire experience of working with Custom Floor and Design was top notch. Chris Hovan was excellent all the way through in his efforts to guide us to the right flooring. The showroom has a very nice & comprehensive selection of flooring and rugs. Tear out, installation and clean up was done neatly and efficiently. Cesar and his team did a great job. Highly recommend this company.

Custom Floor and Design is the best and I highly recommend them. I needed both luxury vinyl flooring and carpet and they sell both, so it was so easy to purchase and schedule delivery. One of the best things about Custom Floor and Design is their flexibility. For example, I needed to have several days between the time they removed the old carpet and installed the new carpet so I could screw down plywood and address the squeaky floors. This was not a problem for them and they worked with me.

Custom Floor was recommended by my designer. I couldn’t have been happier. I replaced my engineered flooring with LVP. I also replaced my stairway runner and basement carpeting. I worked with Chris who provided excellent customer service! His follow-up was exceptional. The installers were neat and very professional. The entire experience working with Custom Floor & Design was incredible, and I can’t say enough good things. From working with Chris, and Peter to the installation with Cesar and his team this project was a breeze. I have over forty stairs, multiple landings, and a second floor that their team measured, and installed to perfection. We decided to renovate our basement which was complex due to the floor space and construction build, however the scheduling, inventory and installation was top notch from Chantilly Custom Floor & Design. It was the least of our worries going into the renovation, the scheduler and coordinator provided sample tiles numerous times to allow my wife a well thought out design, stayed on top of the schedule and got the work done in 1-2 business days. The quality of the installation was crisp and clean. They left the workspace cleaner then it was when they arrived. My number #1 choice for flooring.
