Would never recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely horrible. They did the flooring in a new built house my wife and I purchased a year and a half ago. It’s a click and lock LVP floor. The flooring started to fail about a year after we bought the house. Had Chad come out and take a look at it. Blamed it all on my wheelchair. Said the flooring is failing because of my chair. I have had three other flooring companies come out and take a look at it and they have all said that’s completely untrue. The floor is failing because it wasn’t installed correctly. The concrete is unlevel and they didn’t leave enough space between the flooring and the walls to allow for it expand and contract. I communicated all of this to Chad, which he denied and said wasn’t true. He offered to replace the flooring with a commercial grade floor that he claimed would “hold up to the wear and tear from my wheelchair”. He said he would charge me materials and labor. I agreed to this, because I just want the flooring fixed, and I thought I would give him an opportunity to make it right. I have tried to follow up with him half a dozen times to get this done, with absolutely no response. Now I have flooring that’s not even two years old, and I’m going to have to go to another flooring company and pay to have all of this torn up, concrete leveled, and all new flooring installed. Where I come from, this is not how you treat people.

Renee is so good to work with! She has helped us with our entire home and our flooding repair and the home office we added! K&H Carpet has been our go to source for all things flooring! Renee had a good installer for our Re installed ne pad and got our carpet fixed up making life good again! Everyone from Kerry ,Chad and the installer where fantastic!

Chad was easy and flexible to work with. We got great carpet at a great price. They installed the very next week! The installers were so courteous and professional. They were also very tidy and left my new house looking great. They spent nearly 10 hours and were amazing the entire time!!! I would definitely recommend them.

Unprofessional installation and misleading pricing and service. New construction home and two of my stair end caps came off within the first couple months. One of the end caps didn’t even have the plastic removed from one side of the double sided tape. Avoid this business at all costs.

We worked with one of owners… Chad. He was very patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and offered many options. The attribute that sets Chad of K&H Carpet ahead of others is that he respected my budget and did not pressure me with up-sells. He also outbid the lowest bid by approximately $200! I am definitely hiring K&H!

I would not recommend them to anyone. Slow, sloppy work! I had them install glue down LVP flooring and they got the blue glue on the baseboards and walls. I had a deadline that they said they could make work and did not stick to the deadline. No phone call to let me know they weren’t able to finish on time or anything. They also left the home dirty and it now needs to be cleaned again. Not a great experience. Show some pride in your work!

Place has lots of cerpet in stock and tike to choose from if you don’t like what they got they have hundreds more options at the show room in the same house definitely worth a trip there 😁 the people at this establishment are really cool 😎 👌 …
