Too busy for my business of $50,000.00!!! This store is lacking in business etiquette/professionalism and do not value their customers. I received a bid for flooring and tile. Shortly after we had to make some changes to the floor plan. I emailed Ashton letting him know that we had made changes and requested a new bid. I received no response from him so a week later I decided to call. I received his voicemail. I left a message. I waited another week. Still nothing. So I called the store. A lady answered. I explained to her that I needed my bid updated and that I had both emailed and called Ashton and have not heard back to which she replied very rudely that they are really busy. New flash…. EVERYONE in construction and anything having to do with building or remodeling is busy right now. Somehow basically a single mother of 6 children who homeschools every single one of them, who takes care of 80 animals a day on the family farm, who has a husband that works out of the state and flies home only on weekends, who is also building a custom home has a minute to send a quick email and make two phone calls but they are too busy to respond??? They are too busy to send a quick email or phone call letting me know that they received my email/phone calls and can get me an estimate in x amount of time?! This is poor business etiquette! Again, it’s amazing that they are too busy for my business of $50,000.
